Brighton's Open Market is situated in central Brighton and was founded in the early 19th century. This is one of the most historic markets in the Brighton area and is partly covered. The Open Market is full of market stands selling fresh fruit and vegetables, much of which is organic, meats, fish, cheeses, eggs, plants, flowers, hardware, ornaments, fabrics, gifts, food stalls and much more besides.

The Sunday Market is full of genuine market bargains and can be found in Brighton town centre.
